Product Details

Zhengzhou Sinoma manufactures wear-resistant lining plates (liner plates) cast from premium manganese steel and alloy steel for concrete batching plants, asphalt mixing plants, ball mills and crushers. Every plate is precisely machined to your drawings or machine model for a correct fit, quick replacement and maximum wear life.

What Is a Batching Plant Lining Plate?

A lining plate (also called a liner plate or wear liner) is a replaceable steel plate bolted to the inner surfaces of mixers, aggregate batchers, dryer drums, hot bins, screens and chutes. It protects the main structure from abrasion and impact during mixing and material flow, and is replaced when worn — greatly extending the service life of the host equipment at low cost.

Lining Plates by Application

Concrete Batching Plant Lining Plates

For concrete batching plants we supply manganese and alloy steel liners for twin-shaft and planetary mixers (bottom, side and end liners), aggregate batching bins, weighing hoppers, discharge chutes and skip buckets. The plates resist the constant scraping of sand, gravel and cement, and are machined to match common mixer models with pre-drilled mounting holes.

Asphalt Mixing Plant Lining Plates

For asphalt mixing plants we provide heat- and wear-resistant liners for the drying drum (drum liners and flights), hot elevator, hot-bin compartments, vibrating screen housing and pugmill mixer, together with mixing arms and chute liners. Made from Mn13/Mn18 manganese steel and Cr-Mo alloy, these parts withstand the combined abrasion and high temperature of hot aggregate and bitumen.

Ball Mill and Crusher Liners

We also manufacture ball mill liners and lifting bars for cement, slag and mineral grinding, plus jaw plates, cheek plates, mantles, concaves and blow bars for crushers.

Material Options

  • High Manganese Steel Mn13 — excellent work-hardening under impact, ideal for high-impact mixer and crusher liners;

  • High Manganese Steel Mn18 — higher work-hardening (500+ HB) for heavy impact and ball mill liners;

  • Chrome-Molybdenum Alloy — high hardness and crack resistance for heavy-duty grinding and dryer-drum surfaces;

  • Ni-Cr Alloy Steel — good toughness for concrete plant linings and medium-abrasion areas.

Quick-Fit Design and Installation

Our lining plates are available in a quick-fit (easy-install) design with standardized dimensions, pre-drilled or countersunk mounting holes and matched bolt sets. Identical plates are fully interchangeable, so worn sections can be replaced individually instead of replacing the whole set, which shortens downtime. Custom and OEM plates can also be produced exactly to your drawings, samples or worn parts.

Maintenance and When to Replace

Inspect liners regularly for thinning, cracking or loose bolts, especially in high-wear zones such as the mixer bottom and dryer drum. Replace a plate when its thickness is reduced to about one third, when cracks appear, or when the base metal begins to show wear. Keeping spare liners on site and changing them during planned maintenance stops avoids unplanned shutdowns and protects the more expensive host machine.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a quick-fit lining plate?
A quick-fit lining plate uses standardized dimensions and pre-drilled mounting holes, so individual worn plates can be swapped rapidly during maintenance, reducing downtime.
Do you supply lining plates and mixing arms for asphalt plants?
Yes. We supply heat- and wear-resistant dryer-drum liners and flights, hot-bin and screen liners, pugmill liners and mixing arms in Mn13/Mn18 manganese steel and Cr-Mo alloy.
Do you supply lining plates for concrete batching plants?
Yes. We supply mixer bottom, side and end liners, aggregate batcher and weighing-hopper lining plates in manganese and alloy steel, machined to common mixer models with pre-drilled holes for quick fitting.
What is your delivery time for custom lining plates?
For standard sizes and in-stock materials, delivery typically starts within 15 days after drawing confirmation. For custom casting orders, lead time depends on quantity and material. Our team will confirm the exact schedule when you place the order.
Do you provide lining plates for ball mills?
Yes. We supply ball mill liners and lifting bars for cement, slag and mineral grinding. The liners are optimized for grinding efficiency and wear life, available in manganese steel and chrome-molybdenum alloy according to your mill specification.
How long do wear-resistant lining plates last?
Service life depends on material type, working conditions and feed material. High manganese steel liners typically last longer under high-impact conditions, while alloy steel liners suit medium abrasion. We recommend the right material for your application to maximize service life and reduce replacement cost.
Can I order lining plates with custom sizes or drawings?
Yes. Zhengzhou Sinoma manufactures lining plates according to your drawings, samples or detailed specifications. Send your drawings or worn parts, and our engineers will confirm the material and dimensions, then arrange OEM casting and machining for a perfect fit.
What is the difference between Mn13 and Mn18 manganese steel?
Mn13 (Hadfield manganese steel) has 13% manganese and provides good work-hardening for medium-impact applications. Mn18 has 18% manganese with higher toughness and better work-hardening, ideal for high-impact, high-abrasion conditions such as crusher jaws and mill liners. Choose according to your impact level and wear conditions.
What is a lining plate?
A lining plate, also called a wear liner, is a replaceable wear-resistant component installed inside concrete mixers, batching plants, ball mills and crushers to protect the shell from abrasion and impact. It extends equipment service life and is replaced when worn out.
