Working Principle

The JS2000 concrete mixer uses two synchronized horizontal mixing shafts equipped with specially designed mixing blades. During operation, aggregates, cement, water, and additives are fed into the mixing drum according to the required proportion.

The twin shafts rotate in opposite directions, generating strong mixing action that quickly blends all materials into homogeneous concrete.
