Our dry mortar production line is available in three structural types — Stepped-Type, Tower-Type and Workshop (Simple) Type — to match different capacity, site and investment requirements. All types feature high-efficiency mixing with high volume utilization, dual-scale admixture dosing for high metering accuracy, and integrated dust collection and environmental protection.
1. Stepped-Type Dry Mortar Production Line (Recommended)
The stepped-type (floor-type) production line is designed for large-scale production and is our most recommended configuration. It can produce both ordinary mortar and special mortar, covering the widest product range with high efficiency and large output. The stepped layout provides convenient access to every platform level, making installation, maintenance and daily operation straightforward — the best overall cost-performance ratio for high-volume producers.

The tower-type production line adopts a vertical layout where materials flow by gravity from the top down. It offers the highest production efficiency — up to 200 t/h, with a compact structure and low operating cost, making it suitable for large-scale continuous production on limited land. It requires a higher investment and is ideal for large enterprises.
